There’s a common belief about berries that we feel we need to address. First of all, strawberries aren’t technically berries, but bananas are. Avoid bananas when possible since they can cause flabby stomachs, but eat or drink as many strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, and any other berries as you want. Add them to your oatmeal or smoothie for a healthy sweetness.
